Shipping policy

At Urban League Athletics, we are committed to shipping wholesale orders accurately and efficiently. The following terms apply to all wholesale (B2B) shipments.

1. Order Processing

  • Standard processing time is 1–5 business days depending on order size and inventory availability.
  • Custom, decorated, or pre-order items may require additional lead time.
  • Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

2. Shipping Methods

  • All shipments are made FOB Shipping Point — risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier accepts the goods.
  • We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or LTL freight carriers. Carrier selection may be based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Wholesale customers may provide their own carrier account or arrange pickup. Please notify us at order placement if using your own carrier.

3. Freight & Handling

  • Freight charges are added to the invoice unless billed to the customer’s carrier account.
  • Special handling requests (blind shipments, split shipments, residential deliveries, liftgate service) may incur additional fees.
  • Orders may ship from multiple warehouses; each will have its own tracking number.

4. Delivery & Transit Times

  • Transit times vary by carrier and service level. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside of our control.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Short Shipments

  • Inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Any visible carton damage must be noted on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Claims for shortages, damage, or incorrect shipments must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery with supporting photos and documentation.
  • Carrier claims may take up to 14 business days to resolve. Replacement or credit will be issued once the claim is approved.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.

6. International Wholesale Shipping

  • We ship internationally where permitted. Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
  • International buyers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs clearance charges.
  • All documentation will reflect actual order values; we cannot alter invoices for customs purposes.

7. Production & Lead Times (China & Vietnam)

  • Our apparel is manufactured in China and Vietnam. Production lead times typically range from 30–60 days, depending on order size and customization.
  • Estimated international shipping times:
    • Ocean Freight: 25–40 days (port-to-port).
    • Air Freight: 7–14 days.
  • All transit times are estimates and subject to delays outside our control (customs inspections, port congestion, holidays, factory shutdowns, or carrier disruptions).

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Additional charges may apply for redelivery, reconsignment, or address corrections imposed by carriers.
