1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use this site.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Wholesale & Retail Sales

  • Wholesale Orders: Require pre-approval, minimum order quantities, and a valid resale certificate where applicable.
  • Retail Orders: Processed individually and subject to product availability.
  • Pricing, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment & Billing

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.
  • By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • Wholesale orders may require deposit or full prepayment before shipment.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Orders are shipped FOB shipping point unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the carrier takes possession of the goods.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our wholesale and retail return policies are available on the Return Policy page. By purchasing from us, you agree to those terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, product designs, and content on this site are the property of Urban League Athletics or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the site or products, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
  • Reselling products outside authorized wholesale agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ULA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ULA, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles CA.
